Demon Slayer Manga Chapter 8

In Demon Slayer Chapter 8, titled “The Smell of Death”, Tanjiro continues to survive the brutal Final Selection. He uses his enhanced sense of smell to detect threats and stay ahead of the demons lurking on Mount Fujikasane. As the days pass, Tanjiro reflects on his training and the promise he made to Urokodaki. Eventually, after seven long and dangerous days, he successfully completes the trial. Only four participants survive the Final Selection. Tanjiro is officially welcomed as a new member of the Demon Slayer Corps and is asked to choose the ore for his Nichirin Sword.
